Goth Camp ‘08 presents Circus Nefarious!

The carnival rolls into Flipside this year when Circus Nefarious takes hold of Goth Camp and creates a spectacular space for you to come explore, enjoy, and interact!

We’re collaborating to create a dark carnival themed camp with carnival games, side show freaks, art you can interact with, and even CLOWNS! We’ll show some thing resembling movies at dusk, Scaryoake in the early evenings, DJs playing some booty shakin’ tunes, and various performances throughout the weekend.

Don’t let the carnies con you, we aim to please our fellow darkly inclined Flipizens. So, Whether you’re goth or ghoul, vampire or vixen, clown or cretin, faery or Frankenfurter, mansonite or maniac, hippie or hoochie, come and enjoy something close to your natural surroundings. A poorly lit club, without air conditioning, that will probably smell funny and be full of smoke despite the smoking ban, but have the music you like to swirl your arms, stomp your feet, shake your booty, or shoe gaze to. Just be prepared to enjoy a little cirque de sottise.
